Do you provide International delivery?
WAHALA provides worldwide delivery via An Post, the Irish postal service. All orders will be sent with registered post. Shipping prices may vary internationally and domestically.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please drop us an e-mail with your Order Number in the subject bar, and highlighting the reason for your return. We will then provide you with our returns address.
What is your returns policy?
Please not that there are no refunds on returned items. Customers can avail of an exchange or credit note to the value of the original transaction.
Customers have 14 days to return an item from the date of shipping.
How do I track my order?
One your order is packaged and ready for dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track your registered parcel using the tracker on www.anpost.ie
How can I contact your couriers?
Once an order is dispatched and tracking number provided, any queries regarding tracking and delivery should be made to An Post (www.anpost.ie). WAHALA ensures that an order is prepared and packaged to the highest standards in advance of shipping. Once an order is shipped, An Post takes responsibility to ensure you receive your order in the same way and in due time.
